It will be telling you to move around more and not sit down for too long.
For the past two or three months, I have been feeling nothing but back pains and I can't seem to sit on the floor anymore without more aches and pain in every part of my body. Each time I speak to a Professional, they'll tell me to stand more. They're partially right but now I wonder how it all started. As I started to search for a better way of sitting down on the floor without feeling so stressed, I came across This Is What Sitting All Day Does To Your Butt.
My pain started from the time I began working in an Office setting. I would sit for eight hours or even more, which caused my butt to stay numb for days. I walk around a lot but it doesn't equate to the amount of hours I spend in a chair. Then when I am not sitting in a chair, I am trying to find comfort in my bed while working on the laptop. Of course, it will never be at eye level which causes me to strain my neck forward just to type.
I'm tired of feeling busted and broken, so after reading this article, I think I'll make a change in my daily routine. I will not work on the laptop unless my feet is planted completely on the floor and I do some posture work outs ahead of time. These are some great workout that will not take up too much time and I can feel the muscles in the immobile parts of my body crack. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Have you ever felt like I do? What did you do to relieve some of the tenseness and tightness in your glute? Leave a comment below.
